Goods purchased from Woolmint may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted if goods are still in their original packaging without signs of use or damage.
To return an item, please fill a returns or exchange from, and add it to the products being returned.
Refunds for returned goods will be dealt with as soon as possible but no later than 14 days of the goods reaching the return address. Postage for returns is covered by the client.
If the product has a defect or a wrong item has been sent, we ask for it to be returned immediately. In case of a defective or a wrong product being sent, a full refund of the product and return costs will be covered as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
Exchanges are possible only within the same product group and items of equal value. For example, knitting needles may be exchanged for a different size, in case of wool, a different colour.
The new item will be posted as soon as the original product has been returned and received by Woolmint. Delivery of the new item will require the same amount of time as a regular purchase.
Woolmint may not always be able to guarantee the possibility of exchange, as stock levels and quantities constantly change and a replacement item may not be available. If a replacement can not be found, the purchase price will be refunded.
Items purchased during a sale may only be exchanged or returned in case of a defective product or if an item has been damaged in transit.
