Terms and Conditions

 1. General conditions

1.1. Woolmint is an online shop selling handicraft supplies and handmade items (henceforth known as Products), managed by Loomeinvesteeringute OÜ

1.2. When purchasing Products, the stated terms and conditions apply, as well as the rights and obligations as stated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. Woolmint reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Notifications of any changes will be posted to www.woolmint.ee

 

 2. Contract

2.1 Woolmint sells and the customer  purchases Products offered in the online shop.

2.2. The contract between Woolmint and the customer will be valid from the moment the monies for the Products reach the account of Woolmint.

 

3. Price

3.1. Prices of the Products are listed on the website and include current VAT. During sales, both the original and new prices will be displayed.

3.2. Purchases under 100€, will have transport costs added according to the delivery option chosen by the customer (Itella Smartpost 3€, Omniva 4€, DPD courier service 5€).

3.3 Woolmint reserves the right to make changes in sale prices. The changes will be reflected on www.woolmint.ee

 

4. Product availability, photos and descriptions

4.1. Woolmint will do everything possible to ensure stock availability advertised on the website matches actual stock available, but a situation may arise where the availability advertised is not correct. If a customer  has ordered a Product that is out of stock, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and the options of cancelling the order, replacing the Product with another Product of equal value or ordering the Product from the central warehouse will be presented. The delivery time for ordering Products from the central warehouse will be longer than regular delivery time.

4.2. Woolmint will do everything possible to match Product photos to actual Products, but some differences may occur.

4.3. Woolmint will do everything possible to have exhaustiveProduct descriptions. Woolmint renews and updates Product information regularly, to guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions.

 

5. Purchasing

5.1. Find the Product from Woolmint, e.g. wool

5.2. Choose the colour and press ’Add to trolley’

5.3. Once the items have been added to the trolley, clicking on the ’See trolley’ icon on top of the page will open the ’Trolley’. Choose the delivery option from the bottom of the page: ’Pick up’, ’Itella Smartpost parcel locker’, ’Omniva standard parcel’ or ’DPD courier’.

Have a discount code? In order to receive the discount, type the code into the ’Coupon code’ box and press ’Use coupon’. Different coupons have different discounts, which are always clarified in the terms and conditions of the campaign.

5.4. Pressing ’Pay now’, will open the confirmation page. Please fill all fields marked with an * . When choosing Itella Smartpost parcel locker, please choose the parcel locker for delivery from the scroll down menu. Choose payment type. You can choose between PayPal or a bank transfer, the invoice for which will be emailed with all the necessary details.

5.5. Check the order and press ’Order’

5.6. After the order has been placed, an email confirming the order and necessary payment details will be sent to the email address provided. When paying with PayPal, you will be directed to the relevant website.

6. Domestic deliveries

6.1 There are five different delivery options when purchasing from Woolmint

6.2. Pick up (free). Products purchased and paid for online may be picked up Mon-Fri, 10-17, in Woolmint office, Niidu 17, Pärnu, Estonia.

We ask the goods be picked up within seven days of receiving confirmation of purchase.

6.3.  Itella Smarpost parcel locker (3€, purchases over 100€ free)

The ordered Products will reach the parcel locker chosen by the customer  within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase confirmation. Once delivered, an SMS will be sent with the security code necessary to open the locker.

In case the order was placed on the weekend (between Friday after 14.59pm  and Monday before 8.59am) or a Bank holiday, the 48 hour deadline will start from 9.00am the following working day.

Products will be kept in Itella Smartpost parcel locker for seven calendar days.

6.4. Omniva parcel  locker (3€, purchases over 100€ free)

The order will reach the parcel locker chosen by the customer within 2 working days from the date of purchase confirmation. Please choose the parcel locker for delivery from the scroll down menu. Once the parcel is delivered, an SMS will be sent to the customer with the security code necessary to open the locker.

In case the order was placed on the weekend (between Friday after 14.59pm  and Monday before 8.59am) or a Bank holiday, the 48 hour deadline will start from 9.00am the following working day.

Products will be kept in Omniva parcel locker for seven calendar days.

6.5. Omniva standard parcel (4€)

The order may be picked up from the post office on average within three working days from the date of purchase confirmation. A  written notification will be sent to the customer regarding the location of the post office to which the Produscts were delivered.

In case the order was placed on the weekend (between Friday after 14.59pm  and Monday before 8.59am) or a Bank holiday, the three-day deadline will start from 9.00am the following working day.

The parcel will be kept in the post office for 15 days.

6.5. DPD courier (5€)

The DPD courier parcel will be delivered on the second working day, the latest, after receiving confirmation of purchase. The courier will ring in advance to agree the time and place of delivery.

In case the order was placed on the weekend (between Friday after 14.59pm  and Monday before 8.59am) or a Bank holiday, the 48 hour deadline will start from 9.00am the following working day.

6.7. In case the customer does not pick up the Product within the stated time limits, the customer will be responsible for the charges related to resending the items.

6.8. Woolmint obligations to send the Products will be considered fulfilled if the customer has not picked up the Products within 7 days, the Product has reached Itella Smartpost parcel locker, Omniva post office or if the courier has not been able to deliver the Product because of circumstances dependant on the customer.

 

7. International deliveries

7.1. It is possible to order Products outside the Republic of Estonia through the registered mail service provided by Eesti Post (Omniva).

7.2. Orders within the European Union will have a charge of 12€, regardless of the size of the order. The fixed postal charge for orders outside the European Union is 15€, regardless of the size of the order.

7.3. Woolmint obligations to send the Products will be considered fulfilled once the parcel has reached the local post office of the customer.

 

8. Returns and exchanges

8.1. The Products purchased from Woolmint may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receiving the notice of arrival of the parcel to Itella Smartpost parcel locker or Omniva post office, in case of DPD courier service, from when the Products reach the customer’s address. If the Product is sent abroad, it is possible to return or exchange the Product within 14 days from the day it reaches the customer’s local post office.

When choosing ’Pick up’, the customer will have the opportunity to see the Products in Woolmint boutique and later returns or exchanges are not accepted.

8.2. All costs related to returning the Product in case of refunds or exchanges will be covered by the customer, unless the Product has a defect or the customer has been mistakenly sent the wrong Product.

8.3. Returns and exchanges

8 Fill out the form for refunds and exchanges (print from the Returns option on Woolmint website), which should be then included with the Product to be returned or exchanged. An email should be sent to shop@woolmint.ee, notifying of the refund or exchange.

When returning via Smartpost parcel locker, the destination of the parcel should be marked as Parnu Keskus parcel locker (Loomeinvesteeringute OÜ, t: (+372) 53 048 049). An email confirmation will be sent upon receiving the Product.

8.4 Returns will only be accepted if the Product is in original packaging and has no signs of use or damage.

8.5. Exchanges are possible only within the same product group and items of equal value. For example, knitting needles may be exchanged for a different size, in case of wool, a different colour.

The new item will be posted as soon as the original product has been returned and received by Woolmint. Delivery of the new item will require the same amount of time as a regular purchase.

Woolmint may not always be able to guarantee the possibility of exchange, as stock levels and quantities constantly change and a replacement item may not be available. If a replacement can not be found, the purchase price will be refunded.

8.6. Items purchased during a sale may only be exchanged or returned in case of a defective product or if an item has been damaged in transit.

 

9. Responsibilities and force majeure

9.1. Woolmint is responsible for damages incurred by the customer and vice versa when the terms and conditions of the contract are not fulfilled as stated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2. Woolmint is not responsible for damages incurred by the customer or delays in receiving the Product, if the damages or delays are caused by circumstances Woolmint did not/could not have foreseen or could influence (force majeure).

9.3. Woolmint is not responsible for terms stated in p.4.1-4.3 not corresponding to actuality.

9.4. Woolmint is responsible for the Product within the sale price. Woolmint will not take any responsibility for damages incurred through lack of availability such as damages to property or information, loss of trade or profit.

 

10. Personal data

10.1. By using  Woolmint online shop, the customer will clearly and consciously agree for their personal data to be processed according to the terms stated in this contract.

10.2. The personal data made available to Woolmint will be held in a client register and will be used for offering sales and Products. The customer agrees to receive offers from Woolmint via email if they have ticked the necessary box on the order form.

10.3. The minimal necessary personal details of the customer will be passed on the courier service.

10.4. Woolmint is obligated not to forward registered  personal details to third parties or use the data in a way it contradicts the legislation or the current contract.

10.5. Personal data is handled by Loomeinvesteeringute OÜ (12596073), Niidu 17, Pärnu.

 

11. Other

11.1. Any conditions not clarified in this contract will be resolved using the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

11.2. All arguments arising from purchases of Products from Woolmint will be resolved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to contact  Office of Fair Trading.
